In an old building filled with peculiar tenants, a mysterious pendant suddenly appeared on the communal bulletin board. The pendant begins to emit a shiny, green glow that grows bigger and bigger as the day goes on. A young girl walks by with her leashed dog and they both stop to inspect it. The pendant twirls like a pinwheel and comes off the bulletin board as if it was leaping for safety. It lands on the girl's shirt with a loud "click" and knocks the girl on her back. It is now chained to the girl. She tried to take it off but to no avail. The dog whimpered loudly, as he stepped back. The girl held onto the leash while trying to remove the pendant from her neck.
